UCFV’s Dairy Production Technician Apprenticeship

The Dairy Production Technician Apprenticeship consists of two years of classroom training - 20 weeks (1 day/week) of in-school training in each of the two years. Apprentices receive theory and practical training while attending school and train on the job during the remainder of their apprenticeship.

Admission is granted to qualified students on a first-come, first-served basis. There are 16 seats available for the first year of the program.
