We are a family business looking to create a strong team atmosphere amongst the managers. An individual with a strong desire to learn and work will turn into a real asset for our business in the long term.
Work Schedule: - 45 hours per week.
- 1 to 2 days off per week.
Duties: Controlling all aspects of an 18 acre pepper crop thru: - Computer monitoring (Priva) and analyzing (MS Word and Excel).
- Pruning monitoring.
- Picking monitoring.
- Tracking Labour efficiency.
- Maintenance on smaller greenhouse equipment.
