• You have Post Secondary Education in Plant Sciences or Horticulture as well as several years experience in greenhouse management and operation.
• You are a motivated, organized person who enjoys taking initiative.
• You have a thorough understanding of climate, irrigation, and pest management and have successfully applied your knowledge in other crops.
• You are computer literate, specifically with greenhouse controls and software.
• You are an effective planner and organizer in all areas of greenhouse operations.

  YOUR PROFILE:

  • You are a motivated, organized person who enjoys taking initiative.
  • You have proven leadership skills and are a team player.
  • You have a background and proven experience in the commercial greenhouse sector and experience managing cut-roses and or patio plants would be an asset.
