• Two years of truck driving experience.
• Possess a valid BC class 5 drivers license plus required documents for driving in the U.S.A. and capable of driving a truck with a standard transmission.

• Must have a good command of the English spoken and written.
• Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must represent a positive and professional Company image to customers.
• Team player, and capable of working independently.
• Travel and overnight trips are required on an irregular basis.
  

Duties:

• Responsible for pre-trip vehicle inspections, and enroute inspections of truck and products.
• Delivers and picks up products as required by assigned route, ensuring smooth fulfillment of daily tasks in a efficient and cost effective manner.
• Responsible for vehicle maintenance to ensure that Company vehicles meet all requlatory quidelines.
• Responsible for vehicle cleanliness.
• Performs duties related to egg tray up, egg transfers and chick pulling.
• Performs general cleaning of hatchery facilities and equipment according to company quidelines.
• Ensures accurate daily completion of records and statistics.
• Responsible to the Hatchery Operation Coordinator and/or Hatchery Production Coordinator.
• Various other related duties as assigned.
